How to refer to coupon type query

Hey guys. I have managed to create my own ID’s and refer to them, but i cannot seem to find the code that links to the “type” of coupon. I have created the picture below to show what I mean.

I need to figure out two things…

1. My general coupon browse page brings you to the search results page. What URL can i type in to refer to the “coupon type” as noted above? I am hoping to create a “printable coupon” “website coupon” “offers” links that will sort the search page by these.

2. I can’t figure out the meta key and meta value to refer to these.
