how to edit the text "Image dimensions are max 150 x 150"

on the add listing page, under upload an image, there is text that says:

Upload an image to support your listing. This can be of a product or yourself. Image dimensions are max 150 x 150 *

where can I change this text as it isn’t under language settings. I tried to edit under live editor but it doesn’t save after refreshing the page
