How to edit the format of available shortcodes ?

Hi, I want to edit this shortcodes in the listing, [STORE text=” more from “]

This short codes generate the text , more from store name with a link to the store page.

I want to add a text after the store name.

e.g, I want to add a word listing after the store name, so that it would generate like this, more from store name listing, here I added the word listing.

Where to change this ? In the theme file ?
