How to Edit Secondary Navigation bar pages (include/exclude)

I can edit the (over the logo) “top” nav at appearance>menu

But

I cannot edit the nav bar above the slider ie callback, sample page etc…
They show on the “nav links” module in page setup>homepage but no way to edit.

Where can I edit what shows up on the second nav bar?

On a side note, I would never list the “call back” “thank you” page on the site because
for conversion reasons you only want the “payers” to get that page so you have accurate conversion (referral/keyword) analytics.
