How to create Content Layouts for static pages

(@admin: I posted this before in the wrong forum (Version 7 Themes › DirectoryPress) – don’t know how to fix that, sorry)

Please excuse my beginners question – I’m new to PremiumPress (Business Directory).

I want to create new pages and create layouts for these pages.

Question 1: I go to Theme Options -> Page setup -> Content Pages.
This looks different than in the video tutorial: I don’t have the 2 tabs “Search Result Display” and “Listing Page Display”. I don’t have the nice list of shortcodes with explanations. (Is something in my setup wrong? – please see screenshot of video tutorial) And last but not least: How do I create a new Content Layout for new pages?

Question 2: I suppose I’m missing something general with the concept of static pages. When I go to pages (in my German screenshot “Seiten”) and look at pages provided with the Business Directory Template – they are empty. And on the right sidebar I can see several templates for these pages, for example here is selected [Members]. Where are they? Where can I edit these layouts? How do I create a new one?
