I would like to create a blog page exactly like this: https://www.premiumpress.com/demowebsite/?t=mj
The link is incomplete and invalid.
You may want to post if you’re referring to the default MJ theme or the name of the childtheme.
@Carmit Also, check to see if the page has been assigned under PremiumPress > Configuration > PAGE & BUTTON LINKS > BLOG
Hello, thank you for your feedback. I attached a picture of the blog page of micro job theme.
The page is assigned under remiumPress > Configuration > PAGE & BUTTON LINKS > BLOG but it empty (here is the link to the page itself https://qllaborator.com/blog/)
This is the default design for the blog archive page, its already part of the core theme and when you add blog posts it will auto populate.
But i added a blog page and its not working, this is the reason i asked for the first place
Also make sure you’re using the proper slug for the new page. For example, if the “blog” slug already exists when creating a page with same title/slug then it will be altered to avoid duplicate slugs. You’ll need to remove the old page with the ‘blog” and make sure the new page is using ‘blog’ (or whatever slug you intend to use).
Here’s an example and also keep in mind that replacing pages and/or changing slug names effects the menus as well. Example Video
It looks like bugs with the default template Mark.
I only have one page with the title blog. I checked, and it linked properly under theme setup I have one post, it appears under listing for some reason (https://qllaborator.com/?s=)
Blog page is empty https://qllaborator.com/blog/
@James Thanks to your movie I managed to link posts to blog page. But it’s not as nice as the demo has it, I am not sure how to create the posts as nic squares
Plus, the posts still appear under listings as well
Well, I managed to fix both issues The only thing i am missing now is to make posts page like a grid…

Do you have an example of what you’re referring to?
Yes see attached
What happens when you edit the blog page and change the template to [PAGE – BLOG]? It should add the default blog template under anything you’ve put on that page, so you may need to remove them.
