How to change the nav bar height

    my site is https://www.yachtprovisioningservice.com/

    i want to change the height ofthe nav bar at the top as its too high..
    also want the bar height to be the same.. eg at the moment when you hovver over an itemin nav bar there is some blue showing below it..
    want the height of that nav strip to be the same height as the black background on hovver..
    where do i edit the code for this?
