How to change Text beside store logo without changing store text under banner ?

    I am having problem changing the text beside the store logo. Whenever I change the text it is reflecting in the above link
    Example: Amazon coupons and deals, March 2016 coupons which looks like “Home / store Amazon coupons and deals, March 2016 coupons” .
    I don’t want the above text to be changed. Just want to keep it simple like “Home / store amazon”.
    my url looks like “https://example.com/store/amazon”. I have put “amazon” in the slug.
