How to bulk import coupon codes – Responsive theme

Hello, I want to be able to upload coupons using a CSV file. I have read a few posts but they seem to be relating to the old couponpress theme. I remember in the old CP theme there was an area that you could upload the CSV but its not present in responsive theme. I have downloaded 'Really Simple CSV Importer' I guess that if the column headers in the CSV file match the wordpress then it will populate the coupons fields? If that's the case i need to know what column headers do i use in CSV file so it populates the right fields. I have attached a coupon download from affiliate window. Or do i have it totally wrong? Any help would be much appreciated.
