How to Approve Listing?

    I click on Listing Manager and see that the listing is Pending Approval. I also see that I can Save as Pending. But how do I as the admin approve the listing? I tried clicking Publish and that takes it out of pending but the user who claimed the listing does not see it under their listings when they login. Please help. Thanks!
