How to add new listings

Hi there folks. I am in my very early stages of trying to learn how to set up all the features of this cool theme. I really love it. I just don’t know how to use it yet.. so hoping to get some help and patience.. lol

How would I go about adding a new listing on my listings page ? I needs to be in the correct province, city and category.
