It’s true, the support team is taking too long time to respond. I have had mentioned some issues on which I needed fixes, its been around 10 days, yet I have not received any proper solution. My days are getting wasted as I am unable to launch the coupon website without the fixes. I had earlier tried to email Mr. Mark Fail at email ids ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ , and ‘email@example.com’ , but the email delivery to the addresses failed. Not sure, what have happened with the PremiumPress team.
