How Long Does It Take for Support Team to Reply?

I have emailed support about 2 days ago about an issue I am having with the coupon theme without getting any response yet.

I installed the coupon theme and I am using the first template. The way coupons are displayed on the mobile demo is totally different from what I have on my mobile site. On the desktop site it is the same, but on the mobile it is quite different.

Please check attachment to understand what I mean.

Anyone know why this is so or what I can do about it?

Note: I haven’t done any design changes.
