Home page banners

Hi all,

I am now using Sell space banners and I want to do the following

1) add a banner to pages other than the categorys which is easy as they appear in a drop down. (Home page)
2) I want to change the banner sizes as a 290 x 100 banner on the right sidebar over hangs the boundary of the site and looks messy
3) how do I get banners to rotate? on the https://www.developmentfortrainers.com/banner-advertising-with-us/ page it automatically states that header banners rotate but how do I get them to do this?

Hope someone can help me with these areas I cannot sort out!
