Hide blank "optional" custom fields from front end listing page?

Hi all, I have setup social media custom fields - fb, twiiter, instagram, yt. Each custom field is set to optional, in case a listing owner doesn't have an instagram, or twitter etc... If they leave one or two blank, the listing page displays these custom field titles anyway? refer to pic Q - is there a way to hide a custom field from the listing page, that is left blank? Hope I explained my situation properly lol Thanks in advance. Chris
