Due to the post content formatting problem in your previous post no one will be able to respond, so I thought I’d respond here.

If you’re not customizing anything, then make sure you turn OFF the “Enable Custom Display” option. With this OFF then what’s in the box won’t matter.

If you’re trying to make changes and need to restart, then click on the “Get Codes from Default Layout” button. After the page reloads you’ll see the default code used. Make sure you save the settings afterwards.
