Help with settings and formatting with my website

I need the stores to show on the website somewhere at the top of the menu or somewhere on the site

I dont like the fact the writing is not showing properly on the popular tabs

The view deals and the links are not working

I dont like the writing cutting off and the popular images are showing

I dont like the map showing when viewing a company on the top

I also wanted to add a 3 column writing on the home page but it didnt allowed me and when i change the settings the site went into error.
