I have a page within my website “list your business” that shows the available listings – accessible via the navigation bar top left (suppliers area) – however, it is redirecting my customers to the log-in page. It is the only page that does this?!
Can anyone advise why or tell me how to fix this?!
Hello M.T Make sure you have not restricted access to the page based on Membership
Where would I find this?! On the page itself?!
Yes on the backend page itself just below the editor
I was hoping/fearing you’d say that!! Within our admin the page access section is there, but nothing is available to change!
I have a sneaking suspicion that a plug-in may to be blame!
Thank you very much for your help!
Your welcome M.T. ,post an update how it goes
The page access section has no information in it, it’s broken! – I’ve taken so long to get back to you as I thought it may have been a certain plug-in, but alas no!!
I have added a screenshot of what I am seeing – maybe you can help?!
Do you have Membership Packages created?
No, we just have listings packages x 4?!
Our clients contact us to arrange their listings so we never set up memberships packages.
Would this effect the fact that this one page is sending users to the log-in page?!
The reason your Page Access section is empty is because you dont have Membership Packages.Could you provide url to this page
This is the URL that is misbehaving!
List Your Business
Are you using any security plugin?
There is WP-SpamShield installed?! Could this be the issue!?
Try to disable the plugin see if it fixes the issue
I’m wondering – where in the theme set up do you tell the theme that ‘this is the page on which I want you to display all of the listing options’ ?
I have attached a screengrab of what the page looks like (if you’re logged in of course!)
