header full-width, further contend fixed with?

more a conceptual question. If the premiumpress themes do not support this, it could be easily done if the main paged could be segmented for example by Section Tags <section>my area</section>.

Where’s the document I would need to add the <section>-tags? Is there a file in the child theme I can work with?
