In my Listing Packages list I have 5 packages that Im not able to delete!
1-3 are empty, 4 was filled but when I go to Edit, nothing is there!
If I fill #4 with values again and save it, a new additional one without title etc. is created and added to the list. This new one also cannot be deleted.
All these ghosts are displayed on submission page.
Are packkages stored in DB? Which table?
Or in a WP file? Which one?
I already have deleted and reinstalled the theme but with no result!
I had the same issue, a quick search in the db for the name of one of your listing packages will give you the table where they’re stored – I can’t remember off the top of my head, sorry.
Now I need 2 listing packages in the backend (the first a dummy, the second real) before it will display a listing package on the front end. It’s not ideal so if anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated.
thanks iv sorted this in 3.8, will update shortly.
I just installed 3.8 but I still have the issue where I cannot delete or edit Ghost Membership Packages
send me a ticket and ill check, under the tools tab there is a ‘delete all’ memberships button if thats easier for you.
I fixed it on the backend.
