Getting Error when trying to reply to a comment

    Hi All,
    I am using shop theme, and I received my first comment the other day and when I tried to reply, it says “Error:” and that’s it. There is no description for the error. I was reading through some of the other posts and someone suggested activating comments in jetpack. I did that and it’s still not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
