Front (Home) page listings

Where do I go to control the number of listings that show on the home page? I use to be able to control which listings show up on the home page under the Enhancements tab but do not see the “display home page” any longer.

Can you tell me two things:

1) where do I go to control the number of listings that appear on my home page?
2) Where do I go to designate a listing on the home page?
