FLAW? – Terms of Service for bidders able to be edited

So more testing of the Auctionpress and have come upon an eyebrow raiser.
In the admin area you can set your auction rules you would like, including a ToS agreement bidders will see when using the BID, or BUY NOW buttons.. odd thing is they can see it, and also erase and edit it to what ever they it to say, then screen shot it, to perhaps try a scam approach for whatever purpose they may intend.

Questions are:
1. is this an oversight on the Dev?
2. Working as intended?
3. Work in progress?

regardless this should be looked at and fixed, or a hot fix code with instructions on DIY, to close this potential loop hole and headache. the screenshots below show me on a dummy account, changing the ToS to say what i want
