Featured Listing Not Highlighted with Responsive Theme

Hello everyone,

I am using the most recent Responsive Directory Theme (RT) as of 09/26 and I love it. One of the features that I want to offer for my premium listings is a highlighted option, however when I changed to the “Practis” child theme the feature doesn’t work. Any clue on how to fix this. I want to display a different color background color or use the “noise.png” like in the default theme.
Any help is appreciated and thank you very much in advance.
