Expire e-mail not send

.. all my notification e-mails are working, except the Listing and Membership expiring e-mails..
I try to test it by setting a listing expire date 2 days ahead …
.. but no e-mail was send ??

Did I missed a setting somewhere?

What happens when it expires?
Listing status changed to pending

Email Sent: Listing Expired – Act Now! ( but none was send? )
