Drag conditional tags in widgets

    I have a problem with “Active conditional tags” on Widget page.
    I cannot drag them from “Inactive” to “Active”, instead all buttons are beeing selected (see attachment)

    I have disabled all plugins and it does not help (WordPress 4.5.2, Directory Theme 8.9).

    Does anyone knows where the problem could be ?
