Distances in results are not correct – have I missed something?

I’ve set up a couple of example listings on my 8.1 Directory site, but I’m getting some odd results with regards to distances from my location.

I have set my location as Brighton (south England) and when I perform a search the ‘distances’ are not right.

My first listing is showing as 0 miles away (Guildford is more like 60 miles away) and the second listing is showing as 4 miles away (Sunderland is more like 340 miles away).

Have I missed something?
