DIscount Copon Problem reappears in 8.9.4

The discount coupons were not able to be used in DT 8.9.

THe Enter discount code filed is not visible now even though its enabled.

(Mark helped to fix for me on 8.9)

Then it was fixed in 8.9.1.

I just updated 8.9.4 on my test site.

Hope mark could fix that.

Because I am working on test site and I have not submitted the ticket.

So appreciate if you could test and fix if there is a problem
