Disable Categories in Level2

    Hi,

    I have categories in 3 levels.

    CatLevel1
    –CatLevel2
    —-CatLevel3

    When a user creates a new listing, he should be able to select only the categories in the 3 level. How can I block Level 1 and 2?
    Under Theme Options> General Settings> Add listing Page> Add Listing Page Options and turn on/off the option ‘Disable parentCategory’ you can only disable the category of Level 1 and not level. 2
