I’ve searched for this in the forums but can’t find what I’m looking for exactly – I hope I’m not asking a repeat question, apologies if I am.

How easy would it be to be to run AuctionPress alongside the responsive DirectoryPress so that user accounts are valid on both? In other words when someone registers on DP they can access AP with the same details and vice versa.

So it wouldn’t be possible to share the same user db using multisite?

    Jo,

If you set it up as a multi-site, it will work. I have 2 x DirectoryPress, 1 x ClassifiedPress and 1 x CouponPress all working off a single DB which is the whole purpose of multisite.

yes the login side of it would be fine since the core is still WP, but the functionality options between the two frameworks will differ.
