Directory Theme Subscribe

I have the directory theme, I want to change the subscribe button text to Add Listing, how do i do it?

At the bottom of that page it also says,

All listing are removed once the listing or membership has expired unless renewed beforehand.

I would like to alter that text too, how do i do it?
