Directory Theme Help

I need some help please…I am running DP 6.3.1

First of all, how do I make the Top of Category Results appear at the top of the category?

Secondly, can you allow people to claim more than 1 listing per account? If so, how do you do this as I keep getting the following message ‘Too Many Claims! Our system shows you have claimed a listing before. Please contact our management team if you wish to claim any further listings’ If you can’t allow more than 1 claim, how can I manually override this in the backend?

And last of all, how can I make the home page on my computer, be the same landing page on a mobile device?
