Directory Press 9.1

Am a little confused by this new version, as I cannot see enough settings to make it usable.

1. How do I change the site colours?
2. Change the text and layout on home page?
3. Change Local Amenities in listing creation?
4. Why does the “Additional Design Options” not work? I assume some of the answers are in there
5. Choose contact of home page?
6. Listing versions with features list and prices?

Some direction or clues would be appreciated.
