customizing the top menu

Hi All,

im looking for a solution to customize the top navigation bar on top of my website.

i can put the main navigation bar on my site(beside the logo), but i need to include another navigation (top navigation) which is on the right hand side of the navigation bar there.

i had attached the screenshot for the top navigation that i want to customize.

Does anyone have any solutions for this?
