Customizing Search and review in Directory Theme

I run the directory theme with latest theme version 10.7.2. I stumbled over some questions and hope someone can help me with that. I am thankful for every suggestion.

1. REVIEW: As far as I can see only logged in members of a directory page can leave a review. How/where can I set or customize code so that regular page visitors/guest who search on the page can leave a review to a listing? Usually visitors of the directory are no members and searching for companies in their area. And these visitors are no members.

2. SEARCH: Can I show in the main top search e.g. hero, under categories also the subcategories hierarchical when I click the categorie search field? And in the side filters of the search result page the same that categories show open the subcategories.
Currently in main search you get only the main categories and in the search result page on the search side bar you have to click the main categories and then the subcategories will be displayed. In V9 it did show hierarchical the cats+subcats and the number of listings in it.

3. SEARCH AND CUSTOM FIELDS: When I search it seems all customized fields are not included in the search. Can I set or use (where) code for that the content of customized fields can be found with a keyword search. Practical find all text. There are some plugins which enhance regular WP search to find everything (also customized fields) but PPress seems to handle it differently because can’t get it to work with them.
