Unfortunately, unless I’m able to replicate the problem myself then there isn’t too much more I can do. I’m just stabbing in the dark at this point.
I suppose it could be related to the issue I mentioned, but would require to dig further and/or correct other file(s).
You can try to contact support, perhaps they can help.
