Custom Fields visible based on Package

In previous versions of DT I was able to create Custom Fields, and then assign them to specific Packages. This ability seems to have been removed
ex.
Facebook (Custom Field) -> ONLY available to Package 1
Testimonial (Custom Field) -> available to to Package 1 & 2

Is there a way to add this type of capability? If not, will it be coming back in later versions of DT?
