Custom Fields missing in Search Setup

Hi, can anyone please tell me why new custom field are not pulling through to the advanced search form?
These have been added in Theme Setup – filled in on listings (so are not empty fields, just in case) – and they are still not showing in the Search Setup – Add Custom Field – Search Field???

Have followed the video demo to the letter and it have refreshed multiple times – to no avail 🙁
