Custom field display under category

    When creating custom fields I am selecting a DISPLAY CATEGORY. The subtitle says “Select which categories to display this field under.” And I select a category but when I check the Add-listing page the custom fields do not appear in the Description section and they do not display in the Category section. The Parts category is auto-checked and highlighted but there are no visible custom fields. I haven’t found any info on how to do this correctly. What have I done wrong here?
