CSV Upload Doubt & Issue

Hello,

I have the CSV format, and I have few doubts, like we have Two Headings, ID, Post_ID with the same values in examples. what value should i give for those variables while adding coupons.

If i want to add coupons to a single store, under which variable or heading i need to write the store name. or Store ID in csv format ?.

If i want to add coupons to multiple stores in a single excel sheet, under which variable or heading i need to write the store name. or Store ID in csv format ?.

Please let me know as i am spending lot of time in trying out all options but with no luck.
