CSV Import not working

    When trying to import the CSV file using the import tools from Directory press, it doesn’t work.

    It says 0 Product uploaded.

    Please advise.

    Re uploded the CSV and converted to Excel file to avoid error while uploading.

    Which one I need to zip?

    The CSV file before I import it using the Tools menu or this file I’m uploading on this post?

    Before uploading the file on the forum, you have to zip it (or else it will not let you to attach it).

    Hi Liza

    I downloaded your file, saved it as a .csv and then uploaded, worked first time.

    1134 Products Added

    If your on a MAC, make sure you save it as a windows format CSV file.
