I downloaded my csv with 250+ listings, made a simple change and then loaded it back in. Instead of one edit, I got 250+ new listings – all duplicates. Did I forget to format the csv file? Press a button? Something else?

did you include an SKU value?

if no SKU is found, they will be considered new listings.

Also – when I loaded the CSV up in the first place, none of the categories were loaded up with them. Do the categories have to be on the site first before it can be added through a CSV?

Is there any update on this?
When I upload my CSV file. It only uploads a few hundred even though the slow imports says it has all done.

The SKU are correct. So I reupload and it just recreates the same listings even though it is the exact same file.

    Any help would be great.

Might be worth adding im only uploading about 1000 listings but seems to only load say 300 of those uploaded.
