Creating Listing : Subcategories appear by default

    I was wondering if it was possible to have the subcategories appear automatically instead of having to select the arrow. I have disable the ability to disable the parent category, so now I have people saying that they can not select a category because they don’t click on the arrow. I have attached a few photos if my explanation isn’t clear
