    We are using Directory Theme for our WordPress site. We want to add a new item to the My-Account page and our developer found template file for the My Account. It is tpl-account.php but as he tried to change that file, My Account web page showing error. even if he writes a single character.

    At the top of the tpl-account.php it is mentioned that this file is not editable. Please help me, how we can make theme files editable so we can add functionality which are needed.
