"Create Menu" Tool?

Anybody know of a tool I can use to “create” my Category Menu(s)”

– I uploaded about 500 items (Category/Sub-category/Sub-sub-category)
– Categories are arranged … Mother > Child > GrandChild (Three levels hierarchy)

The problem comes in with the WP interface where one selects menu-items to “Add to menu” before dragging them into place to actually create the menu. WP mixes everything up in a mix of hierarchical and mostly Alphabetical order. I have to now “page” through 10 “pages” of that little widget-like little window/interface to find menu-items one by one and drag them into place to create my overall menu. Absolute pain! And going to take many hours!

Anybody know of a tool that can “create” the menu other than through the WP interface … ?
