Create a Child Theme v9

    I want to use the default theme settings of Directory but with a child theme. I tried with a plugin that created the style.css file and funtions.php file and it added a new menu at top with a Dot to the right because there was no css for it
    Has anyone created the files for the default theme, please share

    Nice Works Great.
    Very Easy to use and when I looked in the directory noticed a lot of files I would never know needs to be in the child theme

    Glad it helped Mitch, thanks for the feedback.

    Note: You’ll notice there are a couple empty (cloned) core directories that were created, like framework. Those are made for more advanced customization, so a few additional steps may be required to use them.
