Coupon type and other questions

Hi,

if someone could answer the following questions that would be great.
1. I want to disable website coupon, printable coupon in the Type field. How do I do this? I may want to enable this for higher membership package.

2. Theres only one layout with this theme? cause i don’t see any child themes.

3. I want to make start and end date mandatory how do I do that?

4. The listing expiration should be based on the end date. How do I do this?

lastly i tried to pos this under responsive -> couponpress but there is no such option in the form drop down list.
