coupon theme Header image duplicated

Coupon Theme. Can someone please help me to fix this. I use the header image background rather than color. Does not matter what size of the image i use, it is still displaying double or even triple. See attachment. I even tried the code below to Custom Meta Data, still didn’t work. Thank you.
