Coupon Theme demo Add Listing setup /settings differs from my own setup

When I check the official Coupon Theme demo and try to Add Listing I see the options like in the screenshot:

1. I see the selected Listing package also shown in the submit form, at the right corner
I don’t see this in my version 8.8

2. I do see a drpdown in the Listing Details where you can choose the store to add your listing to
I don’t see this in my version 8.8

Is the demo a more recent/other version…or are these setup/settings I am not familiar with? Or will we all get these with v8.9 Beta?

I really would like these features also very much.
