Brilliant! That really work fine for me…. The only issue that I have is right now to find a good spot for this… since it would best fit in a side widget? Any chance to do this? And one more thing… even i disabled and deinstalled this plugin its still showing on my website…. is this normal?

To those above who had this plugin. I actually paid for it lol, silly me didnt see plugin was added few messages ago.
Richards sales website shut down around late 2017, I lost access to all my items.
Who knows what the actual shortcode is we need to use in display the content where needed ?

The plugin was created with a hook no longer supported in v8-8.9.7.
You can modify it to add the shortcode capability yourself though. Then add the shortcode wherever:
Note: in this example you’ll be adding the shortcode [CAT_COUNT_STRIP] to display the strip: Change it to any name you like, but make sure you change them in the code below as well as when using in the template.

Thank you Ian.
Been in and out of hospital.

Hi Richard,
will this plugin also work with Version 7 Themes?
thx so far,
Rainer
Richard Bonk
@Rainer, no this plugin is made to work with the Responsive Themes.
If you require something for the old non-responsive theme, I might still have something somewhere – would have to look.
Rainer
Oh thx for the answer… I would really appreciate if there is something like that…. I really loved to show the number of complete posts…
Too bad that the old forum isnt accessable anymore…. it was just some shortcodes that wil end up with this….
Richard Bonk
@Rainer, here is a plugin that will do this for you:

Edit the plugin file by replacing the last line

Strange you say that, coz I had it working in 8.9.4, 8.9.5, 8.9.6 & 8.9.7,
I only for got what the shortcode was to display it where necessary
This is the plugin untouched, the one I purchased from Richard 1yr ago.
I’ll also add it in .zip here, have a looksy, see what you think

Sorry about that, I meant to replace the last line:
I haven’t been able to find the requested hook, so I’m unaware of how it worked prior.

Wished I wrote down what the shortcode was when I had it as it worked just fine.
Pity no-one able to get onto Richard Bonk to find out what it was
